The preparation time for the shipment of a product is two business days, with the exception of custom-made products, products that are of large quantity and those products in which you specify measurement and material at the time of making the purchase, for them contact me to know the shipping preparation time.

To place custom orders, contact me through Etsy to provide you with information about preparation times, prices, shipments and others. I will gladly answer and answer any questions.

Shipping via registered mail. The guide and tracking number will be supplied. The package will be sent to the address you have provided to checkout, so please make sure it is the correct address before making the purchase or let me know if you want the shipment to be made elsewhere.

If you want a special packaging form, contact me through email or chat, remember that if so, the preparation time for the shipment may vary.

If you want me to add a personal handwritten note, let me know through email or chat, remember that it must be within the time of shipment preparation.

In the rare case that you received the wrong item, the store will change the item, free of charge, or refund the total amount you paid including shipping, if the exchange is not an option. In such cases, you must inform me within 3 days after the arrival of the shipment through email or chat by sending a photo of the article and this must be sent back to me within a maximum period of 7 days. When the store has received the return item, the exchange item will be sent or the refund of the price of the item will be issued according to your choice. The item must be sent back to the store by registered mail.

If an item arrives damaged, or the package arrives without content (it has holes or is forced), please file a complaint with the local post office to be reimbursed for the money for which the package was secured, which is equivalent to the value of the product + shipping.
I am not responsible for any damages that may have been caused during the transport of the product.

If an item comes back to me as an “unclaimed package” I will be charged shipping + handling fees to ship it again, or I can reimburse the product price minus shipping and handling fees.
